Due to expected inclement weather on Friday night, Hopkinsville High School’s athletic officials have moved the Tigers’ doubleheader basketball games with Christian County and the Hall of Fame ceremonies to Thursday night.
Hopkinsville High School Athletics Director Jacob Ezell said Tuesday that the games were moved up a day due to the snowstorm expected to arrive on Friday. The girls’ basketball game is scheduled to tip off at 5:30 p.m. Thursday followed by the Hall of Fame ceremonies. The boys’ game will follow the Hall of Fame induction of 16 former Tiger greats.
This year’s Hall of Fame class includes Craig Clayton, Ricky Abren, Rick Deason, Kenny Lee, Tommy Wade, Lamonte Ware, Tim Haworth, Jordan Majors, Easton McGee, Brian Dodd, Jeff Addison, Lindsay Porter-Adele, Jessie Green, Tony Ricks, Mike Chadwell, and Pete Rembert.
The F&M Bank Pre-game show will air at 5:15 p.m. on Newsradio 99.3 FM and 1230 AM WHOP.
