A couple of days after earning All-State honors, Christian County High School’s Avery Adcock has been selected the Region 2 Softball Player of the Year by the Kentucky High School Softball Coaches Association.
Adcock, who signed with Missouri last fall, completed her senior season at Christian County with a .586 batting average with 13 home runs, 11 doubles, three triples, and 27 RBI.
