The Christian County and Hopkinsville high school bowling teams held their final banquet on Tuesday night at Four Seasons.
For the Colonels, Jaxson Hall was named the Most Valuable Bowler and Michael DeArmond earned the Most Improved Bowler award.
For the Tigers, Kyle Bauman earned Most Valuable Bowler and Chaison White picked up the Most Improved Bowler award.
The Colonels’ Christian Lane was named Best All Around and Most Valuable Bowler and Christian County’s Kane DeGiullio earned the award for Team Motivator.
In their final seasons before consolidation, Christian County finished fourth in the regional competition, the highest ever in school history. DeArmond and Hall earned All-Region Tournament. Lane qualified for the region all-star team for the second straight year and Hoptown’s Bauman qualified 15th in the region singles competition.
Lane and DeGiullio won the region in the Unified Division, the first region title for either Hopkinsville or Christian County in bowling.
