Former Hopkinsville High School pitcher Easton McGee picked up the pitching win Wednesday night in the Nashville Sounds’ 4-1 victory over the Iowa Cubs.
McGee, a 6-foot-7 right-hander, pitched two innings of relief. He struck out two batters and allowed a walk but did not give up a run in a relief appearance.
McGee is 4-1 on the season with a 5.40 ERA.
