University Heights Academy’s successful track season was capped off by several of its athletes being selected to the All-Area 1 Overall Team.
The Lady Blazers’ 200-meter relay and 400-meter relay teams picked up Overall All-Area 1 honors.
The All-Area 1 Class 1-A Team included Emma Dill (100-meter hurdles and 300-meter hurdles) and Ajae Oatts (100-meter dash and 200-meter dash), and Kendall Hancock (400-meter dash and 200-meter dash).
Emma Flynn (800-meter run) also earned recognition for her performance this season.
The Lady Blazers’ 200-meter relay team and 400-meter relay team also picked up All-Area 1, Class 1-A honors.
For the Blazers, Graham Conrad (1,600-meter run and 3,200-meter run), Zech Davis (400-meter dash and 800-meter run), Jude Finch (3,200-meter run), and Ronan Croney-Sallie (Triple Jump) earned individual honors.
The Blazers’ 800-meter relay team, 200-meter relay team, and 400-meter relay team also were rewarded for their performance this season.
