The Christian County Colonels are hoping for a better outcome tonight than last year when they traveled to Medina, Tenn., to face South Gibson.
The Hornets defeated the Colonels 41-16 last season in a game that wasn’t as close as the score indicated.
First year Christian County coach Ethan Atchley said the Colonels are facing a team that isn’t flashy, but is strong on fundamentals.
Atchley said the Colonels are healthy entering tonight’s game and he expects everyone to play.
Christian County is 0-2 on the season and have lost eight straight games going back to last season. South Gibson is 2-1.
Tonight’s game can be heard beginning at 6:30 p.m. on 95.3 The Farm.
