Former HHS star Chaudoin starts for Racers against Ole Miss

Former Hopkinsville High School pitcher Preston Chaudoin was started his first game of the year for Murray State on Wednesday afternoon during a midweek game against Ole Miss. 

The right-handed redshirt junior hurler went one inning, striking out one and walking three. Chaudoin allowed two earned runs and suffered the pitching loss as the Rebels went on to claim a 19-2 win. It was a rematch of the 2025 Oxford Regional. 

Chaudoin is 0-1 this season with a 4.91 ERA. He has made 11 appearances with 11 strikeouts and nine walks.
