Heritage Christian Academy begins its 2024-25 high school basketball season tonight on the road against New Covenant.
Both the Lady Warriors and Warriors will be in action tonight.
The Warriors are led by senior guard Jason Leek, who was one of the top scorers in the state last year at 25.1 points per game.
HCA coach Matt McGowan said for the Warriors to improve on last year’s 16-15 record, Leek will need some help.
Meanwhile, the Lady Warriors will have a young team in 2024-25 and Head Coach Josh Bridges said he hopes his team will improve as the season progresses.
The Lady Warriors are coming off a 1-18 season a year ago.
