In the title match, Hadlee Hayes had seven kills, four aces, and five digs. Bralee Fowler had six kills, an ace, and 13 digs. McKenzie McCarty had three kills, 11 assists and eight digs.

UHA, which moved into the finals with a 19-25, 25-23, 15-6 win over Fort Campbell, were led by Audrey Lovell with five kills and five digs. Megan Long had four kills. Gretchen Durham had 10 assists and five digs.
