After being chased most of the Ohio Valley League baseball season, the Hoptown Hoppers are now chasing the Henderson Flash for first place in the league standings.
Tonight, the chase continues as the Hoppers will play host to Fulton at Tiger Field. Hoptown is a half-game behind the Flash in the standings at 14-5. Fulton enters tonight’s game at 5-14.
This is the sixth meeting of the season between the teams with Hoptown leading the series 4-1.
Tonight is Host Family Night and admission is free. First pitch is set for 6:30 p.m. with airtime at 6:15 p.m. on 95.3 The Farm and 953thefarm.com.
Other games on the OVL schedule tonight include Full Count at Henderson and Madisonville at Paducah.
