La Familia can advance to the next round of The Basketball Tournament with a victory over The Ville in Game 2 their best-of-three series tonight in Freedom Hall.
La Familia, made up of former University of Kentucky players, defeated The Ville, former Louisville players, 72-68, on Saturday at Memorial Coliseum in the first round of The Basketball Tournament.
Game two is at 6 p.m. today in Louisville and will be aired on FS1. If a game three is needed, it will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Memorial Coliseum.
Former Hopkinsville High School head boys’ basketball coach Tim Haworth is an assistant coach for The Ville.
