After dropping the first set against host University Heights Academy, the Todd County Central Lady Rebels rebounded to win the next three sets and claim a 3-1 victory over the Lady Blazers Monday night.
UHA won the opening match 25-22 before Todd bounced back to win 25-22, 25-21, 25-15.
Gretchen Durham led the Lady Blazers with a kill, four digs, 17 assists, and five aces. Ava Crawford provided seven kills, 10 digs, and an ace.
Megan Long also had six kills and a block.
Defensively, Niyona Brown had six blocks and Cassidy Keller had 13 digs.
The Lady Blazers fell to 9-12 on the season and will play host to Christian County in a key District 8 match tonight.
The Lady Rebels won for the third straight match and improved to 11-8 on the season.
