It was another tough night on the basketball court for host Heritage Christian Academy on Tuesday, as the Lady Warriors dropped a 52-14 game to Community Christian Academy.
Community Christian broke an eight-game losing skid by jumping out to a 14-4 lead after one quarter and pushing the advantage to 40-11 at halftime.
For the second straight game, Heritage failed to score in the third quarter and found itself trailing 50-11 entering the final frame.
Eighth grader Ava DeJager led HCA with nine points. Lexi Lyon had five for the Lady Warriors as they slipped to 0-10 on the season.
Community Christian improved to 2-13.
HCA is back in action Saturday at Christian Fellowship.
