A day after taking third place in the Daviess County Invitational, University Heights Academy senior golfer Conlee Lindsey took home individual medalist honors Tuesday at the Marshall County Invitational.
Lindsee shot the low individual score of 77 to clip Mayfield’s Amy Sullivan by one stroke. Marshall’s Cecelia Ray was third at 79.
Marshall County won the team event with a 329, followed by McCracken County at 358 and Murray at 371.
UHA had a team score of 395 with Allie Sandifer carding a 90. Campbell Lindsey had a 100 and Caroline Tucker came in at 118.
The Lady Blazers are back in action on Wednesday at the Trigg County Invitational at Boots Randolph Golf Course in Cadiz.
