Macon Co. beat Gibson Southern 61 to 15 to claim the Championship on Saturday at The Stadium of Champions. The event was hosted by Hopkinsville High School.
Hopkinsville started the day with wins over Warren Central and Pearl Cohn before losing to Murray and Kenwood. Christian Co. also started the day with wins over Ft. Campbell and Kenwood before losing to Macon Co. and Gibson Southern.
Todd Co. Central went 0 for 2 on the day losing to Clarksville NE and Gibson Southern.
Christian Co. opens the 2024 season on the road at Warren East on August 23rd, While Hopkinsville opens the season on the road at Greenwood also on August 23rd.
