McCracken County shuts out Christian County

The Christian County bats were silenced Tuesday afternoon as the Colonels fell 10-0 to host McCracken County in a high school baseball game.

Sebastian Dazey had the lone hit for the Colonels, who slipped to 1-1 on the season.

The Mustangs scored in nearly every inning. They led 4-0 after four innings and scored three each in the fifth and sixth innings to put the game away.

Gage Montes suffered the pitching loss for the Colonels. He gave up two earned runs in two innings of work, striking out three and giving up three hits.

The Colonels return to action Friday at home against Warren East.
