Three local players were named to the All-Region 2 Basketball Team between the Region 2 Tournament semifinal games Monday night at Madisonville-North Hopkins High School.
University Heights Academy junior guard Keshawn Moore, Christian County’s Rahsean Stevenson, and Hopkinsville senior James Bradley Jr. were selected to the team.
Moore, a 6-foot guard, averaged 26.3 points per game this season to lead the Blazers. Stevenson, a 6-foot-2 forward, led Christian County in both scoring (16 p.) and rebounding (9.7). Bradley, a 5-foot-11 guard, led Hoptown in scoring (13.3) and rebounding (8.7).
The rest of the team includes Pax Aikens (Caldwell County), Tyreek Anthony (Fort Campbell), Caleb Bumpus (Webster County), Devonyae Butcher (Hopkins Central), Nolan Coffman (Lyon County), Daishawn Curry (Union County), Xavion Johnson (Henderson County), Bray Kirk (Lyon County), Daelyn Lander (Caldwell County), Jaydon Plunkette (Dawson Springs), Amare Stewart (Henderson County), and Logan Wring (Livingston Central).
