Collin Outland was light’s out on the mound and at the plate Monday night at Heritage Christian Academy’s Senior Night game against visiting Foundation Christian.
The senior left-hander tossed a one-hitter and drove in four runs to lift HCA to a 17-2 high school baseball win Monday afternoon. Outland struck out five in the complete game victory.
At the plate, Outland went 4-for-4 with a pair of triples and a double.
Fellow senior Caden Gresham also drove in four runs on the Warriors’ senior night. Gresham finished 2-for-4 with a double.
HCA surpassed its win total from last season as the Warriors improved to 9-13. They play host to Union County at 5 p.m. today.
