Tabitha Strader is a proud lifelong resident of LaFayette, Kentucky, where she was born, raised, and continues to call home. She is the wife of Jeremy Strader, a devoted mother to Hunter and Morgan, and the daughter of the late Elwood and Debbie Pryor. Rooted in strong conservative values and a deep sense of family, Tabitha’s commitment to her community is both personal and professional.
In 2003, Tabitha was hired at the Christian County PVA Office the day after she turned 18. That opportunity quickly became a lifelong career dedicated to serving the people of Christian County. With 18 years of direct, hands-on experience in the local PVA office, she has developed a deep understanding of the responsibilities of the position and the daily operations required to serve taxpayers effectively.
Tabitha brings more than two decades of public service experience, with 21 years as a Kentucky State employee. Most recently, she has served as a Field Representative for the Kentucky Department of Revenue. This role has provided her with valuable statewide perspective—working with PVA offices across Kentucky, learning best practices, and identifying ways to improve efficiency and customer service at the local level.
Her unique combination of local experience and state-level insight sets her apart. Tabitha understands not only how the PVA office operates, but also how its decisions directly impact taxpayers, property owners, and the community as a whole.
