Tonight, the UHA Lady Blazers volleyball team hosts the McCracken Co. Lady Mustangs for the first round of the KHSAA state tournament. This will be the 11th time in a row McCracken Co. has played in the state tournament, while this will be the inaugural appearance for UHA.
The Lady Blazers are 36-2 on the season while the Lady Mustangs are 26-11. Both teams went undefeated in their respective region and this will be the first meeting between the two squads this season.
University Heights defeated Crittenden Co. 3-0 to win the 2nd Region Championship while McCracken Co. beat Graves Co. 3-1 to win their region.
The game will be played at Blazer gym at 7:00 tonight. Tickets have been sold out from UHA’s portion while if McCracken Co. doesn’t sell out their portion, those tickets will be available online on GoFan around noon.
