The Hopkinsville Police Department is investigating two shootings that happened overnight in the city limits.
Shots fired calls came out for two different locations—one happened in the 2100 block of Canton Street and the other from the 200 block of Short 19th. Two residences sustained damage in the incidents, and several shell casings were located at both locations.
There were no reported injuries at either scene and the investigation continues.
