A single-vehicle wreck on Dawson Springs Road resulted in possible injuries on Sunday.
According to a report from the Christian County Sheriff’s Office, Michael Epperson of Hopkinsville was traveling south down Dawson Springs Road when an animal crossed in front of him.
To avoid hitting the animal, Epperson reportedly swerved and over-corrected leading his car off the roadway. Epperson reportedly struck multiple mailboxes before coming to a stop in Hill View Creek.
Epperson was transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for possible injuries.
