An Indiana man is facing rape charges in Christian County, after he was served with a complaint warrant by the Christian County Sheriff’s Department on Monday.
According to the arrest citation, a warrant for two counts of first-degree rape against a victim under 12 years of age through use of a force or with the victim incapable of giving consent is 42-year-old Joel Stoltzfus of Holton, Indiana.
The warrant was signed by Judge Foster Cotthoff and the warrant was taken out by Kentucky State Police, who are conducting the investigation.
