As technology is advancing and social media usage is at an all-time high, the Farmer King is making his phone work for him.
Internet personality Emerson King, also known as the Adventures of Farmer King has made great leaps in the entertainment industry showcasing his farming operation.
King, located in Muhlenberg County, became involved in his family’s operation from a young age, and while being raised in the industry it became clear to him that he needed to make production his own. King was motivated to create a YouTube channel after realizing there is sometimes a gap financially in farming.
A main focus for the Adventures of Farmer King channel is to become an honest outlet for others interested in pursuing a role in agriculture productions. He adds, there are numerous ups and downs in farming, so he tries to display an accurate representation of the industry for consumers.
Just like King’s farming operation, his YouTube channel has since expanded into the AcresTV streaming platform. King says the opportunity came about because he was at the right place at the time, adding their platform has strengthened his position in the industry and helped grow his network.
