Deputies from the Muhlenberg County Sheriff’s Office and the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force arrested 50-year-old Bobby Waddell, 47-year-old Angela Wilson and 35-year-old Michael John Baxter for drug charges following the execution of a search warrant.
On December 9, law enforcement executed a search warrant at a residence on Sunnyside Road in Nelson Creek. The search reportedly unveiled methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia consistent with drug trafficking.
Waddell was charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property and hindering prosecution. Wilson was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence. Baxter was arrested for outstanding felony drug trafficking offenses out of McLean County.
