The votes are in and the winners of the Christian County Festival of Trees decorating competition have been announced.
The Festival of Trees was hosted at the James E. Bruce Convention Center by the Pennyroyal Center this year, and attendees were able to cast a vote for their favorite tree. The winner of the Battle of the Trees was the Christian County High School FFA, with the Favorite Pennyroyal Center Tree was Genesis West.
Best Decorated was won by Trace Industries, the Kids Choice was Planters Bank and Happy Turd Plumbing, Most Festive was won by Higgins Insurance and Most Creative went to Planters Bank.
Attendees were able to buy raffle tickets and put in for a chance to win and take home their favorite tree—all money raised will benefit the Pennyroyal Center’s numerous programs.
