KSP arrests man on numerous charges, including 25 counts of animal cruelty

Kentucky State Police have arrested a man who was wanted on numerous charges out of several Kentucky counties.

According to a news release, 30-year-old Tyler J. Morgan was wanted out of Hopkins, Caldwell, Webster and Union counties, along with Vanderburgh County, Indiana on several differing charges, including 25 counties of second-degree cruelty to animals, three counts of theft by failure to make required disposition, first-degree unlawful access to a computer, third-degree fleeing or evading police, fraud/theft of property and theft by deception.

He was located and apprehended Thursday night and lodged in the Hopkins County Detention Center.
