Deputies with the Christian County Sheriff’s Office arrested 52-year-old Lewis Ohara for drug trafficking charges following the execution of a search warrant on Monday.
A search warrant was executed at a residence on Gail Street in Oak Grove following an investigation that spanned multiple months. At the residence, law enforcement reportedly found two handguns, marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms, cocaine, suspected fentanyl and drug paraphernalia.
Ohara, the homeowner, reportedly admitted that all of the items belonged to him and also told law enforcement that he had seven months left of supervision after serving a 36-year sentence.
Ohara is charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, three-counts of trafficking in a controlled substance, trafficking in marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and using restricted ammunition during a felony.
