A man has passed away following a collision on Pembroke Road Friday afternoon.
The two-vehicle collision happened at approximately 3:15 p.m. near Jerry’s BBQ Shack between a truck and an SUV. Hopkinsville Fire and EMS Lt. Nathan Stewart tells WHOP News that a male victim in his 80’s was rushed to Jennie Stuart Medical Center with severe injuries and CPR in progress.
The Christian County Coroner’s Office confirmed the victim did later succumb to his injuries.
The driver of the truck was not injured. The Christian County Sheriff’s Department is investigating.
