The Clarksville Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened on Darlene Drive early Sunday morning as a homicide.
According to a news release, it happened at roughly 2 a.m. Sunday morning when officers responded to the area of Darlene Drive after getting a 911 call about a shooting. When officers arrived, they located a male with a gunshot wound—he was transported to Tennova Healthcare and pronounced deceased a short time later.
Residents and business owners in that area are asked to contact Clarksville police if they have any video footage of anything they find suspicious.
