Deputies from the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33-year-old Gregary Vaughn Jr. of Princeton for burglary and assault after responding to a disturbance complaint on Sunday.
Deputies received a complaint from a resident located off of KY 1272, and an investigation revealed that Vaughn was allegedly intoxicated when he unlawfully entered the victim’s home and strangled and assaulted them. Vaughn was then reportedly removed from the home by a third party.
Vaughn was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary, first-degree strangulation and fourth-degree assault and was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
