A Christian County Grand Jury issued indictments for wanton endangerment, burglary and fleeing crimes last week.
Thirty-three-year-old Destiny Ulmer of Hopkinsville was indicted with three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment after a search of her home reportedly revealed that her children were living in filthy conditions on September 26. Law enforcement reported that the home had strong odors of urine and found feces and drug paraphernalia underneath beds.
Forty-one-year-old Reenada Perez of North Carolina was indicted for multiple charges after she reportedly caused a two-vehicle wreck while she was under the influence of alcohol on October 20. Perez was charged with first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree criminal mischief, third-degree attempted escape, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and wireless emergency phone service violations.
Twenty-one-year-old Kayden Berrios of Clarksville was indicted for first-degree wanton endangerment and failure to maintain required insurance after he was reportedly involved in a vehicle crash on October 7.
Twenty-year-old Ni’Khe Day of Clarksville was indicted for multiple charges after he reportedly led law enforcement on a pursuit in August of 2024. He was indicted for first-degree fleeing or evading police, two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, reckless driving, speeding, failure to illuminate headlights and improper signaling.
Thirty-six-year-old William Farmer of Hopkinsville was indicted for first-degree burglary and second-degree unlawful imprisonment after he reportedly unlawfully entered a home and imprisoned the occupant on November 16.
Twenty-three-year-old Jonathon Reed of Hopkinsville was indicted on 11 counts of distributing matter portraying a sex performance by a minor over the age of 12 and two counts of distributing obscene material to minors. Reed was arrested on November 20 after law enforcement found out that he was reportedly the owner of a Snapchat account that was used to distribute 11 files containing child sexual abuse as well as multiple files containing obscene material.
