An Eddyville man was badly injured in a crash on East Clough Drive in Kuttawa on New Years Eve and the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department.
According to a news release, the single-vehicle crash happened around 10 p.m. when a vehicle driven by 53-year-old Brent Burban of Eddyville was traveling on East Clough when he reportedly failed to navigate a curve.
The vehicle left the roadway and collided with two tress and Burban was severely injured.
He was flown to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville after being treated at the scene by the Lyon County EMS.
Lyon Co. SO was assisted at the scene by the Eddyville Police Department, Kuttawa Fire Department, and AirEvac.
