A house was destroyed by fire in Trigg County early Monday morning.
Both city and county fire departments responded to the home in the 1300 block of Canton Road in the area of Barkley Water for reports of a house fire. According to the Trigg County Sheriff’s Office, everyone was out of the home and uninjured.
The home was completely destroyed in the fire, and the cause of the blaze remains unknown.
