Local grand jury issues indictments for wanton endangerment crimes

A Christian County Grand Jury issued indictments for wanton endangerment, assault and robbery crimes on Friday.

Twenty-seven-year-old Charity Berry of Hopkinsville was indicted for multiple charges after she reportedly drove her car into a ditch while under the influence of alcohol early in the morning on December 15, 2025. Berry was indicted with two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree criminal mischief and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Twenty-seven-year-old Devon Bumpus of Clarksville was indicted for two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment and possession of a firearm after he reportedly engaged in conduct that created a risk of death or serious injury for two individuals on December 2, 2025. In the same incident, 24-year-old Logan Levitts of Clarksville was also charged with two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, as well as first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thirty-two-year-old Kevrol Hamilton of Hopkinsville was indicted for first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree assault after he reportedly assaulted a woman while driving, causing her to hit a pole with her car on November 24, 2025.

Forty-three-year-old Bobbie Dupin of Hopkinsville was indicted for first-degree assault after he reportedly struck a man in the head with a slapjack, resulting in injuries on December 7, 2025.

Thirty-two-year-old Robert Cook-Fernan of Clarksville was indicted for first-degree attempted robbery and second-degree criminal mischief after he reportedly tried to commit a theft while armed on December 4, 2025.

Twenty-five-year-old Johna Foxx of Nashville was indicted for multiple charges after she reportedly unlawfully entered a residence while armed with a deadly weapon on December 10, 2025. She was charged with first-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree assault and menacing.
