The City of Hopkinsville is preparing to welcome hundreds of visitors as four state conferences are set to be hosted in town.
Coming to Hopkinsville are the Kentucky Association for Economic Development Conference in April, the Kentucky Travel Industry Association Spring Conference in May, the Kentucky League of Women Voters Annual Meeting on May 29 and May 30 and the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Executives Conference in September.
In a city news release, Hopkinsville Mayor J.R. Knight says hosting four major statewide conferences in 2026 is a powerful affirmation of Hopkinsville’s growing role as a leader in civic engagement, economic development, tourism and professional collaboration. Along with the positive tourism impact, Visit Hopkinsville Executive Director Amy Rogers says hosting these conferences shows that Hopkinsville is competitive, welcoming and ready to shine on a statewide stage.
More information about the upcoming conferences and opportunities for community members to get involved will be announced closer to the event dates.
