Man charged with attempted murder following Clarksville shooting incident

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dalton Eatherly, a 28-year-old antagonistic online streamer, after he reportedly got into a physical altercation and fired a gun outside of the Montgomery County Courthouse on Wednesday afternoon.

At the scene, deputies detained two adult males involved in the incident, and they both sustained gunshot wounds. Eatherly was transported to the Vanderbilt Clarksville hospital, while the other individual was transported by Lifeflight to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.

Eatherly was charged with attempted murder, employing a firearm during a dangerous felony, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon. He is currently lodged at the Montgomery County Jail.
