Hoppers set to face Fulton tonight after falling at Henderson

The Hoptown Hoppers are back home tonight against Fulton after suffering their worst loss of the 2026 season on Tuesday night at Henderson. 

The Flash scored in nearly every inning and defeated the Hoppers 11-1 in a game stopped in the seventh inning due to the mercy rule. 

Hoptown managed only three hits in the game. Nick Johnson had a double and single to lead the Hoppers, who fell to 10-4. Kade Wall added a single. 

Chance Todd suffered the pitching loss after allowing seven runs in 4 2/3 innings. 

Henderson, which trails the Hoppers by a half-game for first place in the Ohio Valley League standings, won for the sixth straight game and improved to 10-5. 

Hoptown welcomes Fulton to Tiger Field tonight. It is Stitches’ birthday and Chick-Fil-A night at the ballpark. First pitch is at 6:30 p.m. and airtime is set for 6:15 p.m. on 95.3 The Farm and 953thefarm.com.
