The three individual charged in connection with a fatal shooting on Calvin Drive on Monday appeared for arraignments in Christian District Court Wednesday morning.
First up was 19-year-old De’Quavion Bronaugh, who is charged with murder in the shooting death of 19-year-old Neveah Gill of Hopkinsville, who acknowledged to Judge Lindsey Adams that he understood the charges against him.
Judge Adams entered a not-guilty plea on his behalf, leaving his bond at $500,000 cash, and set a preliminary hearing to take place on July 1.
Two other individuals are facing charges in relation to the events that are alleged to have occurred on Monday night at the Eagle Crossing Apartments. Both 18-year-old Dereon Sharp and 18-year-old Jervontae Bussell are charged with first-degree burglary and Judge Adams set bond for both at $20,000.
They will also reappear in district court on July 1 for preliminary hearings.
Their arrests and proceedings come after officers responded to the Eagle Crossing Apartments on Calvin Drive about 11:45 p.m. for reports of a shooting and found Gill suffering with multiple gunshot wounds. She was rushed to the hospital, where she would later die of her injuries.
