Princeton man facing charges following disturbance investigation

A Princeton man is facing several charges following investigation into a disturbance on North Cave Street in Princeton Thursday morning. 

According to the Princeton Police Department, officers responded to the 300 block of North Cave Street around 9 a.m. for reports of a disturbance, and quickly conducted a traffic stop on an alleged suspect, 31-year-old Jeffrey Lewis of Princeton.

Investigation revealed that a physical altercation occurred and during that incident, Lewis allegedly pointed a rifle at the victim and another subject before leaving the scene. He was arrested and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment, fourth-degree assault and possession of drug paraphernalia.
