The Hopkinsville Panera Bread and the Light it Up Purple Walk Team are partnering to host the “Raise Some Dough” fundraiser to support the Pennyrile Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
On Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., folks who order food from Panera Bread and physically or digitally present the “Raise Some Dough” flyer will have 25% of their purchase go toward the local Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
A copy of the flyer is available at the Raising Dough to Fight Alzheimer’s Facebook page, or folks can email Walk Team Captain Candace Hernandez at cchyatt@yahoo.com. Those ordering online at panerabread.com, on the Panera Bread app or from the café’s kiosk can use the code “FUND4U to support the walk.
The Pennyrile Walk to End Alzheimer’s is scheduled for 9 a.m. on September 26 at the Christian County Justice Center. The walk is an annual fundraiser for Alzheimer’s Disease care and research. More information about the walk is available at act.alz.org.
