A shooting near Rural King on Fort Campbell Boulevard resulted in an adult male being transported by helicopter to a Nashville hospital for treatment of his injuries Monday afternoon.
The shooting occurred at around 3:15 p.m., and at the scene, Hopkinsville Fire and EMS Captain Payton Rogers says they found an adult male who suffered three gunshot wounds. Rogers says the male was transported to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville for treatment.
