The Christian County Sheriff’s Office is inviting kids to learn more about law enforcement over the summer at the Kentucky Sheriff’s Boys and Girls Ranch.
The camp is open to boys and girls ages 8 to 11 who are interested in learning more about law enforcement. The boys’ camp runs from June 30 to July 3, and the girls’ camp runs from July 7 to July 10. Both sessions will offer kids the chance to meet new friends, build confidence and participate in a variety of recreational and educational activities.
Sheriff Tyler DeArmond says, this camp isn’t just about summer fun–it’s about planting seeds of hope, respect and confidence in the next generation.
The application is available at the Christina County Sheriff’s Office from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and should be submitted at least two weeks before camp starts.
