Central City man dies following Muhlenberg County crash

Kentucky State Police are investigating after a Central City man has died following a crash on U.S. 62 in Muhlenberg County.

According to a news release, the wreck happened at just past 7 p.m. on October 13 in Greenville, near the eight-mile-marker of U.S. 62 when a vehicle driven by 19-year-old Nicholas Brown of Central City left the roadway for an unknown reason.

The vehicle flipped multiple times, and Brown was ejected.

He was flown to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, but would die of his injuries on Monday. 

The investigation remains ongoing.
