Christian Care Communities hosted a nursing assistant skills fair on Tuesday, and they made a professional development event into a March Madness themed success.
According to a news release, the Skills Fair was designed to provide clinical staff with a fun, competitive and energetic way to develop important skills, such patient care, safety procedures and emergency responses while boosting confidence in care-giving techniques.
Participants got to take part in a tournament style atmosphere with the chance prizes while sharpening their skills.
Executive Director Luanne Tatum says, “We believe in investing in our team members, and we always look for ways to enhance our culture and help staff grow their careers. We offer dozens of ways to encourage staff to grow their professional careers for many years at Christian Care.”
