The Christian County Public School System announced the keynote speakers set to deliver commencement addresses for both Hopkinsville and Christian County High Schools’ graduation ceremonies.
According to a news release, Christian County High School Personal Finance Instructor and Girls Soccer Coach, Peyton Moshier will deliver the commencement address to county graduates.
Moshier has taught at Christian County High School for four years. Before he started teaching at the school, Moshier graduated from Madisonville Community College in 2019 and received his bachelor’s degree from Murray State University in 2020.
Christian County Full Service Community Schools Director, Nicole Poindexter will deliver the commencement address to Hopkinsville High School Graduates.
Poindexter has earned degrees from Hopkinsville Community College, Austin Peay State University and Murray State University. Poindexter has worked at Christian County Public Schools for 27 years.
Both schools will have their graduation ceremonies on May 17 at the Stadium of Champions. The Hopkinsville High School ceremony will be at 5 p.m. and the Christian County High School ceremony will be at 8:30 p.m.
