A Clarksville man was indicted by a federal grand jury for allegedly robbing and sexually assaulting three women in Clarksville.
According to court documents, 45-year-old Kenneth Moore of Clarksville is accused of arranging dates with three different women on separate occasions between October of 2023 and February of 2024, where he allegedly robbed, raped, beat and pistol whipped the victims, resulting in all three women being treated for injuries at local hospitals.
Moore was arrested on February 29 and then indicted by the federal grand jury in July.
If convicted, Moore faces a mandatory minimum of 7 years and up to life in federal prison on the weapons charges, up to 20 years on the robbery charges, and up to 15 years on the felon in possession of a firearm charge. If Moore is determined to be an armed career criminal, he faces between 15 years and life in prison.
There is no parole in the federal system.
