Concrete rehab project pauses on I-24 in Trigg County

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet has lifted lane restrictions on I-24 in Trigg County, signaling a lengthy pause in operations.

According to a news release, the concrete rehabilitation project was currently taking place between the 65 and 69-mile markers, as part of a large rehab project that had been inching its way down the interstate for the last month.

The lane restriction had been in place during both daytime and nighttime hours.

The concrete rehab project will resume sometime in the spring.
