The Rotary Club of Elkton is in full celebration mode, as they surpassed their fundraising goal for their Rotary Auction this year.
The Elkton Rotary Club’s annual auction is fully online and they had a goal to raise $25,000—and that smashed that, raising $36,000 before all was said and done, with numerous Todd County students set to benefit from the fund raising.
The Club states they couldn’t have done it without the tremendous, steadfast support from the people of Todd County, saying endeavors like this show just how great of a place Todd County is to live and play. All money raised benefits local Todd County students who are looking to pursue a higher education.
If you purchased something in the auction, item pick up continues Monday after from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the former Highly Flavored Cafe space on South Main Street in Elkton. Additional monetary donations are still being accepted at pickup, or checks can be mailed to P.O. Box 60; Elkton, Kentucky; 42220.
