The events of the day, which will start at 5 p.m. in the Emerging Technologies Building, will include a “Going Pro” signing event for the HOPFAME graduates who are being hired straight from the program, a celebration ceremony for all graduates and the announcement of the winners of the Distinguished Graduation Award and the Adrian Tucker MVP Award.
On Friday, there will be two commencement ceremonies, with the first held at noon at the Auditorium building for the students earning credentials through the Nursing division, Allied Health division or a graduate of the Early College.
Then at 3 p.m.., that commencement will celebrate the students earning an Associate of Arts, an Associate of Science, or other credentials earned through our Professional and Technical Studies division. Each ceremony will also be streamed live on the HCC Facebook page.
According to a news release, 383 students have applied for 827 credentials and various academic award winners will be recognized along with the announcement of the Spirit Cup winner.
